Fwd: aka psycho workout. did it for the first time last night at the MAC. music was great- went with whatever speed we were doing at the moment, the lights were turned off, and the instructer was screaming. if you need a little pick me up, go. hopefully i’ll be able to keep up with the older ladies next time.

Crystalized Sugar Sticks Re-invented!
Fwd: I had dinner this evening with my lovely sister and her wonderful girlfriend at a little Italian place in Watertown, called Porcini’s. After a grand spread of warm bread, wine, salad, pasta galore, and sinfully sweet dessert, we indulged in after-dinner cappuccinos, which were served with those crystalized sugar sticks we marveled at as kids in the candy store- gives a fun, new meaning...
